I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt
of your despatch No.19 of 25th January, 1927, enclosing
copies of a memorandum which is issued to candidates for
appointments in the Education Department of this Colony.
The memorandum has received careful
consideration and I venture to submit an alternative draft
which in addition to being up to date, will, I think,
afford to candidates a more accurate picture of the conditions of their prospective employment.
I have the honour to be,
Sir,
Your most obedient/ humble servant
